High-energy team-building events

David also creates interactive, high-energy team-building events. Designed to the specifications of the group, they are safe, non-threatening workshops that anyone can enjoy, and everyone usually does! They feature indoor and outdoor activities that can get as "out there" as you like. David's experience ranges from intimate team-building workshops for a group of 8 colleagues to a huge round-robin event with ninety-eight competing scientists and academics from all over Australia.

You don't need rock-climbing and high ropes courses to have a really significant team-building event, (although licensed "adventure" facilities can be organised as well!). The team-building activities David organises are interesting and interactive and can be interspersed with other work. Some revolve around problem solving, others around team awareness and leadership, and others allow participants to raise and work through current challenges they are facing individually or as a group.
